The consultation is designed to assess your unique situation, providing personalized guidance for family-based immigration and passport applications. Cancellation Policy
Consultation Policy By booking a consultation with NextStep Immigration Form Prep, you agree to the following terms: Consultation Fee All consultations require a non-refundable $50 fee, which must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Credit Toward Services If you choose to move forward with our services after your consultation, your $50 consultation fee will be credited toward your total preparation cost. Consultation Duration & Additional Time Consultations are scheduled for up to 60 minutes. If your consultation exceeds one hour, an additional $25 fee will be charged for extended time. No Refund Policy All consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with services or not. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Clients are expected to attend consultations on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.
